The PERNUMA PERFOSTAR II/Z is a hand operated machine designed for marking receipts, labels, films, or packaging with flexibly and variably adjustable numerical combinations. In its standard version, the device features 6 perforating wheels for a 6-digit date perforation. Upon request and at an extra charge, individual or all wheels can be equipped with letter wheels or combined letter and number wheels.

Approximately 25 sheets of paper (70 g/m²) can be perforated in a single operation. The entire Perfostar series supports various font sizes ranging from 5.5 to 10 mm, with custom sizes of 12, 15, and 20 mm available upon request. The device is equipped with an adjustable depth and side gauge for precise positioning. Optional features include a fixed text above or below the sliding mechanism, as well as a security lock.

Furthermore, this machine can be equipped with a security lock to prevent unauthorized use. The insertion depth is approximately 85 mm. Further optional accessories include a foot switch, automatic triggering, and a counter.

The perforation can be applied to either the top or bottom edge of the paper. The desired position must be specified at the time of order, as subsequent modification of the machine is not possible.

Font size and needle thickness

The perforation is available in 5 standard font sizes: 5.5 mm, 6.5 mm, 7.0 mm, 8.5 mm, and 10 mm. Special font sizes up to 20 mm are available upon request.
